Fans of Toxic in Telangana have been waiting for clarity on the ticket prices. The film is set to release in theatres on August 26, but the ticket rates in the Nizam region were not confirmed until now. This created some confusion among moviegoers who were eagerly waiting to book their tickets.

The Telangana government has now given permission to increase the ticket prices for Toxic. The official order was issued on August 25, just one day before the movie’s theatrical release. With this approval, theatres can now follow the new rates for the first 10 days.

According to the government order, single-screen theatres can increase the ticket price by Rs. 50, including GST. Multiplexes and special theatres can charge an additional Rs. 100, including GST.

These increased prices will be applicable from August 26 to September 4. The permission is given for five regular shows per day during this period. This means fans planning to watch the film during its first 10 days will have to pay the enhanced ticket rates.

The government has also placed an important condition on the film’s producers. The makers have been directed to contribute Rs. 1 crore to the Telugu Film Industry Employees’ Welfare Committee account. The amount will be used for the benefit of workers and employees in the Telugu film industry.

Theatres have also been asked to show advertisements about the harmful effects of narcotics, drugs and cybercrime.
