God Of War: Can Trivikram Handle This?

In fact, one of the hastily announced films of Jr NTR in recent times, with a simple poster, is none other than Trivikram’s upcoming movie, tentatively titled “God Of War”. The movie deals with the story of Lord Subramanya, aka Karthikeya, who happens to be the second son of Lord Siva and the supreme commander of the army of Gods. Here goes an interesting talk.

Of course, this is the first time Trivikram is carving something epic, with fantasy and also requiring lots of visual effects. Though the director is known for films that have simple VFX because of the comedy fight sequences he plans in his movies, this is a completely different kind of film. Now that Jr NTR is injured and has undergone surgery, and Dragon is getting delayed, that gives more time for Trivikram to plan the VFX properly.

In recent times, many movies like Vishwambhara have been delayed. Other films like Fauzi and Kalki 2 got delayed significantly due to the visual effects only. Taking a note from those movies, the director must make sure that he understands how things could go wrong when doing visual effects movies, and should always have a Plan B to take things forward.

That said, Trivikram is said to be roping in top-notch technicians like VFX Producers and Supervisors to make sure that his vision is brilliantly translated to the screen.
