Superstar Mahesh Babu and legendary director SS Rajamouli are currently filming a crucial schedule in Antarctica, a continent untouched by any film crew so far, for their upcoming magnum opus ‘Varanasi’. This is not a routine shoot, but a key sequence that defines a portion of the film’s scale and range. So, what’s the team going to do after this? Here are some deets.

Once this schedule gets wrapped, the team is expected to take a long break. Not a small pause but a proper reset. And with a film of this scale, that usually means one thing. They will be recalibrate their energies, review the footage and plan the next stretch with more precision. At the same time, there’s another movement. Rajamouli’s VFX wonder, Eega is getting a special screening in Mexico. And there’s a strong chance the Varanasi team will be present there.
