Buzz: Anil Ravipudi To Cash On The Baabai-Abbai Duo

During the success tour of Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, director Anil Ravipudi confirmed that he has locked the title and theme for his next film. Adding further to it, he revealed that the movie might hit cinemas on the Sankranthi eve only. However, there will be a change of producer as per the reports. Here’s more to that.

It has already come out that senior star Venkatesh Daggubati will be playing the lead role in Anil Ravipudi’s movie that will be released for Sankranthi 2027. However, many thought that just as Venky appeared in a cameo in Megastar Chiru’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, here Chiru might do the same. Talk is coming out that, more than the cameo, Anil is focusing on bringing the Babai-Abbai duo, Venkatesh and Rana, together.

While Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati are appearing in the Netflix series Rana Naidu together, this time, they will be doing their Telugu commercial entertainer together. Also, the concept requires both Rana and Venky to play the roles. But then gossip mills already started cooking that Anil might have brought the “Bro Daddy” concept yet again, as earlier he wanted to remake that film.

Whatever it may be, next Sankranthi will see Venky and Rana together as per reports. While Keerthy Suresh might play the lead opposite Venky, it’s coming out that another heroine will be finalised soon.
