Venkatesh Maha made an impressive Tollywood debut with 'C/o Kancherapalem' and made 'Uma Maheswara Ugrarupasya' which got decent response as well. He wrote and acted in 'Martin Luther King' which generated a positive response too. But it is not his work that made him highly famous. Maha is known for his tussles on social media with various sets of fans. During an interview, he made some comments on 'KGF' which led to him facing a lot of heat.

He gave an explanation for that and he has been fighting negativity and trolls ever since on social media. He recently made a post saying that he is eagerly waiting for 'Dunki'. As SRK's film is competing with Prabhas' 'Salaar' at the box office, fans started trolling him for showing his support to a Bollywood flick rather than a Telugu hero's film.

Prior to deactivating his account, Maha clarified, “Ok guys, calm down. I think you are mistaking a coincidence. I have no other intentions while writing my previous post than sharing my excitement for Dunki. I just got to know that the trailer of Salaar got released after your comments.”

He added, “Stop talking without knowing facts, guys. I am a big fan of Prabhas garu since his first film and I always wished to work with him. There were many instances I openly said it. I just watched the trailer of Salaar too and it looks amazing. Just don't create a mess for everything and alter the facts. I told you not to do this just a few days ago, I think it is time for you guys to move on from me.”
