He says that it is a once in a lifetime opportunity and stated, “Western filmmakers feel compelled to create movies like Avengers because they lack the kind of real superheroes that India has.” During an interaction with PTI, he said, “If we look into the history of India, we will find so many superheroes like Sambhaji, and Chhatrapati Shivaji that all other superheroes will fail in front of them.”
He added, “It's important to tell such stories and celebrate with people. We are proud of them. It's because of their valor and sacrifice that we are able to live in this beautiful country.” Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of Shambaji's wife Yesubai Bhonsale while Akshaye Khanna plays a negative role. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, this movie is directed by Laxman Utekar who made movies like 'Luka Chuppi', 'Mimi' and 'Zara Hatka Zara Bachke' before.
