Nayan’s Husband Tells Truth To Kiara

The other day at the Chennai pre-release event of the film “Toxic”, as usual, the Superstar Nayantara was not even present, but her husband, writer-director Vignesh Shivan, took to the stage on her behalf. However, while talking about Toxic, he hailed Kiara Advani, and guess what, he revealed some truths too.

Addressing Kiara, a visibly elated Vignesh Shivan said, “Kiara, if you could remember I’ve approached you before Kabir Singh to do a film titled Love Insurance Kompany. I’m glad you haven’t done that”, breaking everyone into laughter. For the uninitiated, Love Insurance Company, despite featuring the likes of happening hero Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty, went down at the box office. Both Vignesh and Nayan themselves invested huge money in the movie. That’s what Vignesh is talking about now.

Though Kiara hasn’t done Love Insurance Kompany, she has starred in two other South movies, Ram Charan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama and Game Changer, and both of them have ended up as disasters at the box office. That’s the reason she is waiting for Toxic to become an epic blockbuster such that her South filmography can kickstart again on a high note.
