Young hero Vijay Deverakonda has gained an immense following and he is working on Goutham Tinnanuri's film as well as Ravi Kiran Kola's film right now. He even announced a period drama with his 'Taxiwaala' director Rahul Sankrityan. This crazy project may go on floors by the end of this year.
It is going to be Vijay Deverakonda's 14th film. Mythri Movie Makers who produced Vijay's 'Dear Comrade' and 'Khushi' will be producing this film. It is expected to be a period-action drama. The makers released a poster with an old sculpture. It is written 'The legend of the cursed land' and the time period has also been mentioned. Looks like the story is going to happen between 1854 to 1878.
The latest we hear is that the 'Shyam Singha Roy' director has narrated this script to Tamil star hero Suriya before Vijay. He planned it as a multistarrer with Suriya and his brother Karthi as the main actors but it did not materialize. Apparently, Rahul made a few changes in the script and narrated it to Deverakonda who accepted it. Let us see what Rahul Sankrityan penned that impressed the 'Arjun Reddy' hero.
The makers say, “Epics are not written, they are etched in the blood of heroes.” These words are hyping up the audience and knowing the taste of Rahul Sankrityan through films like 'Shyam Singha Roy', we can expect an epic action drama and Vijay Deverakonda can bring out a new side in him through this flick.
