Vishwak Sen Surprises Everyone, Announces Bold New Project!

Sometimes when things fall apart, Vishwak Sen just shrugs, rolls up his sleeves, and jumps right back into the game. The man who gave us Falaknuma Das, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi, and HIT: The First Case has had a rough patch lately, Laila and Mechanic Rocky didn’t really work out the way fans hoped. But if there’s one thing he’s proven before, it’s that he doesn’t stay down for long. Vishwak’s already cooking something new, and this time, it looks like he’s ready to flip the tables again.

He’s currently busy shooting for Funky, directed by Anudeep KV, the same guy who made Jathi Ratnalu such a laugh riot. The movie’s being backed by Sithara Entertainments and is all set for a Christmas 2025 release. Before jumping into this one, he’s wrapping up Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi 2 with Tharun Bhascker, another film fans are dying to watch. The first one became a cult favorite, and expectations are sky-high. 2025 might just be Vishwak’s “comeback year”, one packed with fun, flavor, and a bit of chaos (the good kind).
