Vishwak Sen CULT FL: Redefines the Telugu Action Genre

Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen is back to push the boundaries of Telugu cinema with his latest directorial venture, #CULT. Known for his multifaceted roles as an actor, writer, and producer, Vishwak Sen takes the helm for what is being billed as India’s first true slasher film. Now, the movie first look has been unveiled today.

The first-look poster sets a menacing tone, featuring the actor in a sharp suit, brooding with a cigarette and gripping a blood-stained axe. The gritty, stylish imagery suggests a raw and unapologetic cinematic experience unlike anything seen in Tollywood.

The scale of #CULT is equally impressive, featuring the debut of 40 fresh faces alongside established actors like Gayatri Bharadwaj, Tarak Ponnapa, and Murali Sharma. To ensure high-octane quality, the technical team includes Tharun Bhascker on dialogues and Ravi Basrur providing a pulsating soundtrack.

Produced by Sandeep Kakarala the project is a bold creative leap, with Vishwaksen overseeing the story and screenplay himself. With its sights set on a global audience, the film will release in Telugu, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, and English. The deeper look into this dark world, as the official teaser is scheduled for release on February 21.
