Apparently, the rumour of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s most delayed film, fantasy actioner Vishwambhara, hitting cinemas on the eve of Sankranthi 2027 has picked up. At the same time, producer KVN clarified that their Kaka will hit cinemas on Sankranthi as planned, but not any other film. However, the issues seem to be somewhat critical due to the involvement of an OTT platform.

After watching the finished copy of Vishwambhara, it has come out that Amazon Prime offered a quality deal for the movie, thus setting everything in motion for a release. Some insiders revealed that UV Creations signed a deal with Amazon Prime, and as per that, the film should be released on a big festival like Sankranthi only. Currently, they are said to be working out things to get the movie released during the Sankranthi holidays only.

Well, this is a serious clash, with two films of the same hero releasing in theatres at the same time. Last time we had young hero Sree Vishnu seeing such stuff, and now a big star like Chiranjeevi has also come to that point. Definitely one has to back out, which otherwise will create a dent in collections, as it has never worked like two films releasing and both becoming blockbusters.
