'Kalki 2898 AD' is quite special as it is not just visual grandeur. It is a blend of fiction with mythology. Nag Ashwin's brilliance lies in writing a script that starts from Mahabharata and goes till the end of Kaliyuga. Despite a few hiccups, he narrated the story in a wonderful manner. The biggest plus point of the film is legendary Amitabh Bachchan playing the role of Ashwatthama.

The Keshava Madhava song that is sung by Bachchan himself has been released. After lord Krishna curses Ashwatthama and says that he needs to wait for Kalki's arrival, the director showcases the endless wait through a beautiful animation. It presents us the various historical revolutions, crimes and atrocities that happened throughout the world. Kalki would arrive when evil takes over the planet completely and Ashwatthama has to stay patient through all these difficult times without doing anything.

It is brilliantly showcased through animation. Siddharth and Garima wrote the Hindi lyrics while Santosh Narayanan composed it. The song has an epic feel to it and we can see Ashwatthama walked inside a temple at the end unable to witness all these atrocities anymore and starts praying till Kalki's arrival. It is designed in a wonderful manner and the entire team of 'Kalki 2898 AD' should be appreciated for showing something unique and enthralling to the Indian audience.

Prabhas played the role of Bhairava, a bounty hunter who dreams of settling in the complex while he is the second coming of Karna. Deepika played Sumathi who carries Kalki in her womb and Ashwatthama becomes his protector in the movie. Kamal Haasan is Supreme Yashkin who is the most powerful man and plans to end the world. To know what happens in the second part is something we need to wait for in order to find out.
