Prabhas Must Start Doing It On His Own?

Prabhas is one of the biggest superstar in Indian cinema, and that is a fact beyond doubt. But for a change, he is coming out of this action genre that drives Pan India Cinema, and he is currently coming up with a horror comedy in the form of Raja Saab.

While this film is preparing for its release on January 9 on the occasion of Sankranti, the promotional campaign has been rather questionable till now.

It is a fact that the trailer released much in advance of the actual release of the film. This trailer gave an idea of what is to come, and even fans were pleased that Maruti was proactive with the promotional campaign.

But what followed after the arrival of the trailer is becoming a topic of discussion and concern for fans.

Raja Saab is scheduled to arrive in theatres in just a couple of months from now, but the first song from the album also hasn’t been till now. This strange and unexpected silence is not what is warranted for a film of this scale.

This project has been in the production for nearly 2 years now, and the natural expectation is that the last-minute formalities must have been wrapped up and the promotional stint must be properly laid out. But this film still hasn’t started with the musical promotions.

The accepted truth here is that Prabhas does not need too many promotions as he can bring the audience to theatres in big numbers on his own. But it is perhaps responsibility of Maruti to engage fans and audience with promotional campaign.
