Like how Prabhas has become a Superstar past Baahubali 2, even Kannada star Yash also enjoyed similar attention with the super success of KGF 2 at the box office across India. However, unlike Prabhas, who has done back-to-back films post the Baahubali franchise, Yash failed to come up with any immediate movies. Here goes an interesting snippet about his next.
Currently, Yash is coming up with the movie “Toxic,” which is directed by the lady filmmaker Geethu Mohandas. After the teaser created lots of curiosity and buzz, it looked like the dark theme of the movie was going to be a treat for the masses. Then, Yash will be seen in a villainous role, as he plays Lord Ravana, in his first-ever direct Hindi movie, which happens to be Nitish Tiwari’s Ramayana.
Reports are now coming out that Yash will be seen in a direct Telugu movie too after the release of Toxic. A report is doing the rounds that a big Telugu production house approached Yash to play a crucial role in an upcoming mythological film. If this project materializes as planned, surely that will be the first direct Telugu movie of the actor.
Back then, Yash tried to star in Telugu movies, but offers never came his way. However, after KGF's success, he has his own market here, and if Toxic also clicks, then star Telugu directors might do direct movies with him.
