The remark was made several years ago when Rashmika was still a new actress in the Kannada film industry.
Yash has finally spoken about Rashmika Mandanna’s old “Mr Showoff” comment. The remark was made several years ago when Rashmika was still a new actress in the Kannada film industry. Since then, the comment has remained a topic of discussion among fans.
During his recent appearance on Aap Ki Adalat with Rajat Sharma, Yash was asked about Rashmika’s 2017 statement. At that time, she had reportedly picked Yash when asked to name a “Mr Showoff” from the Kannada film industry.
Yash did not appear angry while talking about the old comment. Instead, he said that everyone has the right to have an opinion. He also explained that another person’s opinion cannot decide who he really is.
Yash said that Rashmika was new to the industry when she made the comment. He suggested that such questions on television shows can sometimes give people different options, and they may simply choose one based on how they feel at that moment.
Yash made it clear that he does not allow such comments to change his personality. He believes that people can have different views about him, but those views do not define his real character.
The actor also gave an important message to his fans. He said that fans should respect other actors. Yash explained that if someone does not respect another actor, he would not consider that person a true fan of his.
Rashmika had faced strong criticism from Yash’s fans after her old comment became widely discussed. She later apologized and clarified her statement.
Meanwhile, Yash is busy with several major projects. He is preparing for the release of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film features Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria along with Yash.
Yash is also playing Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. His look and role have already created huge interest among movie lovers.
