YCP Claims Credit For Killing Laila!

Young hero Vishwak Sen was recently seen in Laila, which released in theatres on February 14 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. This film could not generate much revenues at the box office and subsequently crashed out over the first weekend.
In this context, parallel political narrative is being now and it involves YSR Congress, which is a formidable protocol force in Andhra Pradesh. The supporters of the party are claiming credit for the box office failure of this Vishwak Sen film.
It all started off when actor Prudhvi Raj created a controversy while speaking at the pre-release event of Laila. He made the political implication about the number “11” which deeply triggered the YCP ecosystem. Ever since then there was this boy got a trend that was propagated by YSR Congress, social media wing.

In response to the box office fate of this film, it is now being projected in such a way that YSR Congress social media is saying they are the reason why this film got killed at the box office.
The party supporters are saying that their boycott trend is the principal reason behind the film’s failure.
It must be noted that Vishwak had even apologised for what had happened and appealed everyone not to take political discourse on this matter. But there were this obvious political implications on the film, which played a significant role in the end, along with the kind of reviews it got.
At the end of the day, such political rhetoric’s must never be influencing a film in any way as this is not a healthy trend in any which way.
