Apple is one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers in the world, and they have collectively captured the market, not just in the United States but also in India. It is one of the leading smartphone sellers here in the Indian domestic market as well.

And now Apple has released their most prestigious iPhone till date in the form of iPhone duo, and it has almost instantly opened to negative reviews.

The iPhone Duo started shipping last week and sold out online in minutes, but over the weekend people started posting photos of cracks and lines along the fold. Many people across the globe, including India, have been complaining about the poor hardware infrastructure of this phone.

There are several videos that are going viral on social media, where people are posting that their experience with this new line of iPhone is problematic as it is wearing down from the first day itself.

Many of these videos show the iPhone displaying certain defects at the folding area. Considering the fact that Apple has introduced folding technology for the first time and its history, it was always expected that there would be certain complications.

But when people spent nearly ₹3,00,000 on this particular line of iPhone, they were expecting better hardware solution. Apple has a problematic scenario now as several people have been complaining about the quality of the phone from the first day itself.

Apple says only a small number of phones are affected, and anyone with the problem can get a replacement through AppleCare.

We cannot collectively say that every single iPhone from this production line is facing the same problem, but Apple will certainly have to deal with this scenario on priority at this point.
