10 MLAs in BS Yeddyurappa's Control?

Update: 2018-05-19 04:44 GMT
Karnataka BJP Leaders have been leaving no stone unturned to influence the Congress and JD (S) Lawmakers for winning the Trust Vote on Saturday afternoon. Mining Baron Gali Janardhan Reddy, CM BS Yeddyurappa and his Son have been in touch with MLAs for alleged horse trading.

If the reports are to be believed, Yeddyurappa's coterie has lured as many as 10 Legislators. 7 Congress MLAs (Anand Singh, Prathap Gowda, Narayana Rao, Rajasekhar Patil, Mahateja, Holageri, Bayyapur Ameragadalu) and 1 JD (S) MLA Venkat Ram and Two Independents Naresh and Shankar have joined BJP Camp.

On the other hand, The Supreme Court fixed 4 PM as the time for the trust vote of BS Yeddyurappa in Karnataka Assembly, Vidhana Soudha. Request of Yeddyurappa for secret voting has been turned down by the court.

Apex Court Today said KG Bopaiah will be Pro-Tem Speaker ahead of the Floor Test. Order has been passed for the Live Telecast of the Assembly Proceedings to all the news channels to maintain transparency.

Secretary of Legislative Assembly will record the floor test and provide live feed to local and national News Channels simultaneously.

Congress and JD (S) submitted a plea stating pro-tem Speaker should only administer oath and conduct floor test instead of exercising any other powers. Supreme Court maintained the floor test would be postponed if Congress and JD (S) wants it to examine the integrity of KG Bopaiah.
