4 Pilgrims Dead, Over 100 Telugus Stranded!

Amarnath Yatra this year could be one of the toughest ever for the pilgrims. Particularly, Those who wish to visit it need to be mentally strong after the terror attack on a bus in 2017. This time, Pilgrims had to handle extreme weather conditions.

About four Amarnath Yatra Pilgrims had passed away so far. Thota Radhnam & Radha Krishna Shashtri who hail from AP died of cardiac arrest. Subba Rao who is from Kakinada died of ill health. BSF Jawan Pushkar Joshi from Uttarakhand was among the deceased.

As per reports, Over 100 Pilgrims hailing from Telugu States were stranded in Manasarovar due to landslides. Indian Army swung into action to move the pilgrims to a safe location. Deaths of 3 pilgrims on Tuesday itself shows how worse the weather has been. Governments of AP and Telangana have been doing their best to bring back the pilgrims to their native places.
