Out of the 23 infections, 11 infected people have recently returned from the United Kingdom, while the other 12 infections are said to come in contact with the UK returnees.
It has been widely reported that the health officials have tested not less than 232 samples to detect the new strain of the pandemic, and 34 samples out of them have returned positive.
