14 BSF Soldiers Sent To Quarantine

Fourteen of the BSF soldiers are sent to quarantine as the cook who is travelling close to them tested positive for the virus.

In the view of lockdown, 14 BSF soldiers who are participating in the Anti-Naxal Operation in Chattisgarh had deployed to Agra and worked with the Agra Police for 20 days.

During this, Agra police had arranged a cook for the BSF soldiers to prepare food for them.  As the cook tested positive for the virus, the authorities have alerted and sent the 14 soldiers to quarantine.

Twelve of the Soldiers are sent to quarantine in Bilal steel plant, and 2 are quarantined in Durg district.

Officials are taking all possible precautions against the spread of coronavirus in the Indian Army. So far, 25 people in the Indian Navy and 8 in the Army have been infected. On their way to home for vacation, the Jawans were ordered to rejoin their duties after submitting the virus exam reports.
