21 Indian Navy Sailors test COVID-19 positive in Mumbai

In what it could be a shocker, 21 Indian Navy personnel in Mumbai have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Following this, all the Navy personnel were been shifted to the quarantine center at a naval hospital in Mumbai.

This is the first time the naval personnel testing positive for the dreaded COVID-19 virus. The officials have been tracing the details of the people who come in contact with the navy personnel.

As per the information given by the officials, no officer or sailor serving onboard any warship or submarine has been infected with the fatal virus so far. After the sailors were tested positive cases the block in which the Naval personnel was rendering services was kept under quarantine.

All the positive sailors were shifted to INHS Ashwini navy hospital in Mumbai for quarantine. To see that the condition gets under control, the right action is being taken as per the protocol.
