The grant of bail for TTV Dhinakaran in the EC bribery case has complicated the situation in Tamil Nadu Politics. Soon after his release from jail, Dhinakaran met his aunt VK Sasikala Natarajan at Parappana Agrahara jail for discussing about the next plan for taking control of the party.
By Tuesday night, About 24 out of 123 AIADMK Legislators have expressed support to VK Sasikala Natarajan Camp led by Dhinakaran.
After his meeting with Sasikala, TTV Dhinakaran offered a two-month time period for the merger of Eddappadi K Palaniswami & O Panneerselvam's factions. He threatened to take matters under his control if the merger doesn't happen by then.
Dhinakaran claimed Sasikala & Himself would continue to be AIADMK's General Secretary & Deputy General Secretary. However, CM Palanisamy's Camp maintains Sasikala and Dhinakaran are suspended on April 17th itself for the sake of 1.5 crore party workers.
On the other hand, DMK Working President MK Stalin predicted collapse of AIADMK Government due to the three factions even before the Assembly session on June 14th.
