Waking up to the reality of Dubbak bypoll, Chief Minister and TRS boss KCR has reportedly got a list of errant MLAs prepared. These MLAs, according to the party sources, are not accessible to the local populations and are misusing their power. Their behavior with the people is also said to be below par.
According to party sources, there are at least 30 MLAs whose performance is way too below expectations. These MLAs are said to be busy in their personal businesses and are keeping away from their constituency. They are rarely visiting the constituency and are spending most of their time in Hyderabad city. Internal reports sent to KCR suggested that some MLAs have colluded with the police and are busy making huge collections of money in their constituencies.
The TRS top brass has also decided to call these MLAs to Pragathi Bhavan and give them a strong warning. If they do not mend their ways, the party would initiate action against them, sources said. KCR is said to be very particular that the MLAs should maintain a people's connect. If these leaers do not change, then the party will decide on the alternatives in the constituency. It will mould new leaders and groom them for 2023, sources revealed.
