Cricketers Asked Artists to dance; get into a brawl

Pakistan cricketers who is known for their controversial behaviors has once again made into headlines for wrong reasons. Five cricketers from the cricket team were under investigation by Pakistan Cricket Board on suspicion of their involvement in a brawl  in Faisalabad where they played One-day Cup matches.

A video footage shows Middle order batsman Umar Akmal was scuffling with stage drama crew in Faisalabad on late Sunday night. Along with Umar four other cricketers Bilawal Bhatti, Shahid Yousaf, Muhammad Nawaz and Awais Zia were also present on this occasion.

As per reports the batsman, who is playing from Balochistan side in Pakistan Cup, arrived at theater to watch stage drama and got involved in the brawl. Sources said that the brawl broke out when some of the players demanded to repeat the dance show from the female artists on stage.Television channels showed brief footage of Umar Akmal arguing with some people at the theatre and then angrily gesturing at them.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has launched an investigation into the matter and has also summoned CCTV footage of the incident. Meanwhile Umar came out with a denial of being involved in any brawl or disorderly behavior at the theatre and advised the media to stop prying into his personal life.
