AP Government has responded seriously to Tuni violence which resulted in huge loss of public & private property near the Kapu Aikya Garjana meeting.
Tuni Rural & Town Police have filed over 50 cases against former MP & Kapu Aikya Garjana organiser Mudragada Padmanabham. While 57 cases were registered in Tuni rural police station, 7 cases in Tune town police station and 3 cases were booked by Railway Police. In almost all of these cases, Mudragada has been named as Accused No.1.
In addition, Heads of few Media Channels, Owner of the venue where Kapu Aikya Garjana was held, YSR Congress leaders Botsa Satyanarayana & Jyothula Nehru, Congress leaders C Ramachandraiah & Pallam Raju and BJP Leader Kanna Lakshminarayana were booked under various sections of IPC.
Chances of State Government asking CID to deal the Tuni violence cases looks bright for now.
