Except Uttam Kumar Reddy, All the CM Aspirants in the Telangana Congress conceded defeat in the 2018 Assembly Polls. The demand for fielding all the CM Aspirants in the Lok Sabha Polls kept growing within the Congress Party.

Sangareddy MLA Jagga Reddy told Telangana Congress could win 7 to 8 MP Seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls with the right kind of planning. For that to happen, He suggested the party leadership to make Uttam Kumar Reddy, Jana Reddy, DK Aruna, Revanth Reddy, Vijayashanti and Komatireddy contest in the Parliament Elections.

On the other hand, Jaggareddy shocked Congress Leaders by showering praises on KCR and KTR. The legislator told it was because of KCR he became an MLA for the first time when TRS was floated. He rated KTR as far better when it comes to honesty by drawing comparison with Harish Rao.

Congress Leaders are miffed with the comments made by Jagga Reddy. They questioned how could he praise TRS Leaders while continuing in the Congress Party.
