60 fresh cases of novel coronavirus were reported in Andhra Pardesh which takes the toll of the total cases in the state to 1,777. The health bulletin released by the state Health Department confirmed the same.
The Health bulletin stated that in the past 24 hours 7,782 samples were tested in the state and 60 members were declared positive for the fatal virus. Out of the fresh cases Kurnool reported 17 cases.
While Guntur reported 12 cases, Krishna reported 14 cases, Vishaka reported 2 cases, Kadapa district reported, and 12 cases related to Gujarat were also reported in the state.
140 patients were discharged in the state in the past 24 hours taking the total count of the discharged patients of COVID-19 to 729. With this, the active cases in the state reached 1012. So far 1,42,274 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the state.
