In what it could be a shocker, Andhra Pradesh reported 62 fresh cases of the virus in the past 24 hours which takes the toll of the positive cases in the state to 2514. One person succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours.
The state Health Department issued a health bulletin in this regard which states that the life claimed in the state is from Krishna district. To date, 1731 people managed to recover from the virus and got discharged accordingly.
62 samples out of the 8,415 samples tested in the last 24 hours tested positive for the virus. The good news is that 51 people in the last 24 hours recovered from the virus and got discharged.
Looking at the district-wise cases of the virus, Kurnool tops the list followed by Guntur, Nellore, and Krishna and the authorities have found out the hotspots for the virus in these areas and the authorities are keeping an eye on these areas.
