Even Aam Aadmi Evaded Rs 30 Crore Tax!

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) received a reminder from Income Tax Department over the tax it was supposed to pay just when the Party Leaders were in a mood to celebrate fifth anniversary.

IT Department served a notice Aam Aadmi Party questioning about the Rs 30.67 crore of Income Tax it has to pay citing all the donations it received were illegal. The Ruling Party in Delhi was asked to file its reply by December 7th.

This is how CM Arvind Kejriwal responded to the IT Notice: 'In the history of India, ALL donations to a political party have been declared illegal. All these were accounted for and shown in books of accounts. This is height of political vendetta'.

AAP National Treasurer Deepak Bajpai alleges Central Government is trying harass though his party maintained transparency over the donations. He declared, 'The more AAP is attacked, the more stronger it's gonna become'
