UP Police Lodged A Case Against AAP MLA For Violating Covid-19 Norms

Days after  Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister was booked under the  Epidemic Act for violating the Covid-19 norms, one more politician floated the Covid-19 norms.

Going into detail, a  case has been registered against  Delhi Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kuldeep Kumar who went to meet the kin of the Hathras gang-rape victim, the police said.

The MLA has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus on September 29 and went into isolation as per the Covid-19 protocols. The Lawmaker announced the news of contacting the virus on social media.

He violated the Covid-19 norms and went to Hathras Victim's house six days after catching the virus.

Talking about the incident, the  Hathras Superintendent of Police (SP) said a case under the Epidemic Act has been lodged against the AAP MLA Kuldeep Kumar, who represents the Kondli constituency in the national capital.
