Accused Take MLA Poaching Case To Supreme Court!

The alleged MLAs Poaching row in Telangana took everyone by surprise and the political circles are still discussing this. As the targeted legislators are from the ruling party TRS, the issue became sensitive and the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party and TRS locked horns.

It is known that the three accused Ramachandra Bharati, Nanda Kumar, and Simhayaji Swamy were arrested in connection with the case. The accused are facing allegations of offering crores of money to the four MLAs. The alleged audio calls between the MLAs and the accused went viral adding intensity.

Now the accused took the issue to the Supreme Court challenging their arrest. In their petition, the three accused were reported to have dubbed their arrest as illegal as no concrete evidence was found against them in the case. The case would be heard on November 4 reportedly.

Now all eyes are on the Supreme Court's next hearing to know what the Court would say in the case. In three days the petition will come for a hearing and we will get clarity on this. The issue is now much-talked-about in state politics and national politics too.

Having challenged their arrest, the accused also sought their release in connection with the case. This is the new twist in the case. The accused were taken into custody after a lot of drama. The ACB court refused their arrest and the Cops had to move the High Court.

The three accused Ramachandra Bharati, Nanda Kumar, and Simhayaji Swamy are believed to have tried to poach four TRS MLAs into the Telangana wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party. However, BJP dubbed the issue as a conspiracy of TRS.
