Air India Resumes Booking For Singapore, London, And US

Following the nationwide lockdown imposed by Prime Minister with the rise of the positive cases of COVID-19 has now entered the third phase and as a result, some relaxations were given for green and orange zones barring the red zones.

As a result of the relaxations, Air India announced the update of the evacuation flights. Air India said that the bookings for evacuation flights will be resumed for Singapore, London, and some hand-picked locations in the United States.

The Air India issued a notice in this regard and said that the operations will be resumed from the 8th of May to the 14th of May to these destinations. The airlines have issued the eligibility criteria and asked the passengers to read the instructions carefully and go ahead with the booking if they meet the criteria.

As per the notice issued by the airlines, it will not hold any responsibility if the travel gets rejected with any other issue or problem. The Air India airlines will be operating 64 flights.

The passengers who wish to travel in the Air India should hold a green card or a valid visa for one year. The thermal screening will be conducted for the passengers and they should also follow social distancing and should wear a face mask.
