On Saturday, Air India made a key statement that tickets for domestic travel can be booked from May 4. Air India said that the services are being stopped because of the global pandemic, and they have opened bookings for domestic services from May 3 onwards, as well as foreign travel will be renewed from May 31st.
It also said that bookings will only open for selected routes, and International flights can also be booked from June 1.
In the process of preventing coronavirus, the government imposed the lockdown across the country. With this, airlines were the first to stop the services.
Meanwhile, everyone thought that lockdown ends on April 14, but the PM Modi had extended it to May 3. So, the Airlines are believing that the lockdown ends on May 3 and they can resume their services.
