Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut declared Ajit Pawar has backstabbed the people of Maharashtra by extending support to BJP. 'Ajit Pawar and the MLAs backing him insulted not only Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj but also Maharashtra,' he said.
At the same time, Mr.Raut offered a clean chit to NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar who now have the support of only 33 out of total 55 Party MLAs. 'Sharad Pawar saheb has no role in this,' he said after BJP formed the Government in Maharashtra with the support of Ajit Pawar.
