Talking about Ajit Pawar supporting Devendra Fadnavis of BJP and forming the government, MP Supriya Sule, daughter of Sharad Pawar lashed out on him. She said Ajitâs decision has divided not only the NCP party but also their family as two.
Her WhatsApp status read "Party and family split". After a few moments, she kept another status as, "Who do (you) trust in life never felt so cheated in my life.. defended him loved him, look what I get in return."
Both the chiefs of Shiv Sena and NCP Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar addressed the media. "Ajit Pawar's decision to support the BJP to form the Maharashtra Government is his personal decision and not that of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). We place on record that we do not support or endorse this decision of his," read the Tweet of Sharad Pawar.
Sanjay Raut, leader of Shiv Sena said their party was backstabbed by Ajit Pawar who was with them till yesterday.
"Till 9 pm this mahashay (person) was sitting with us and participating in discussions. He suddenly vanished. He was not meeting the eyes while talking, we could tell something was amiss. His phone was not available," Sanjay said.
