CBN's Friend Resorted To Land Scam: MLA Alla

Update: 2019-07-06 16:34 GMT
Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy accused Industrialist-cum-Realtor Lingamaneni Ramesh, who owns the controversial guest house that was converted into residence of Chandrababu Naidu on the banks of Krishna River at Vundavalli, of amassing illegal wealth with layouts in 40 acres of encroached land.

The YCP Legislator alleges Lingamaneni Ramesh made the encroached land into real estate venture and sold the villas built in them for Rs 5 crore though the registration value is only Rs 4,000 per square yard. He added, Lingamaneni had evaded building permit fee and layout fee to Kaza Gram Panchayat to the tune of Rs 50 crore. He filed cases against this Gram Panchayat and used them for his convenience.

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy told he would appeal Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy to order for vigilence inquiry into the land scams involved by Lingamaneni Ramesh. Estimating the magnitude of the scam could be anywhere around Rs 250 crore, He slammed Chandrababu Naidu for remaining a mere spectator inspite of the violations under his rule.
