GES 2017 Day 1: AmbuPod steals the show!

AmbuPod, a three-wheeler solar power micro-ambulance, emerged as the star of Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2017 inaugural day.

A Pune-based Start-up owned by a former Indian Air Force Official developed AmbuPod which could accommodate a patient apart from two seats for medical attendants. This device can be attached to a two-wheeler and it's best suitable for taking patients to the hospitals in congested routes & narrow roads.

This 24-hour Ambulance is also equipped with a Make-shift tent kit for the convenience of pregnant women. It can be used to conduct deliveries during emergency situations. The low-cost solar ambulance will hit the market after obtaining patent.

D Lavania who is one of the developers of AmbuPod told the intention behind this innovation is to overcome traffic issues in Urban areas & lacks of healthcare in Rural areas.
