An Advocate Moved The High Court On YSRCP MLAs

A Public Interest Litigation(PIL) has filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court requested the court to take actions on some of the legislators of ruling YSRCP who were said to violate the lockdown norms.

Going into details, Kishore an advocate moved the AP High Court who claimed that some leaders have violated the lockdown rules and with his petition, he also attached some pictures.

The petitioner in his PIL said that Srikalahasti MLA Biyyapu Madhusudan Reddy, R.K Roja, Kiliveti Sanjeevayya, Venkata Gowda, Vidadala Rajini have violated the rules and action should be taken on them.  

Kishore said that nationwide lockdown was imposed in India so that the condition gets under control and these leaders breaking the rules and hitting the roads without no reason will send bad intentions and the legislators have been turning as the potential reason for the spread of the virus.

These six leaders have distributes essential goods, eggs, vegetables, and sanitizers for the public in their respective constituencies to the public who gathered in large numbers.

The petitioner asked the High Court to direct the officials of the Ministry of Health and Welfare to conduct Coronavirus tests for these legislators. He even found fault with the police who did not stop other leaders who violated the lockdown norms.
