The construction activity in AP Capital has speeden up. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has given clear instructions to CRDA to complete the construction process on a war-footing mode.
Recently, A meeting was held to prepare action plan for completing the construction of flats to be handed over to the farmers who have participated in the Land Pooling Process. The plots offered to the Amaravati Farmers will be spread across 125 to 4,000 gajalu. When Officials told Division of plots will be done in four months, AP CM asked them to complete the process within 2 months itself.
As per the Land Polling Scheme, AP Government promised to offer developed land to farmers for residential & commercial purposes. About 8,300 acres out of total 33,000 acres were allotted for the purpose.
CM directed Authorities to complete the design of flats and hold discussions with farmers for their consent. If everything falls in place, AP Capital farmers will receive their flats in a span of 90 days.
