The Andhra Pradesh High court has given another jolt to the AP government. The AP government has been making endless attempts to distribute the housing sites to the poor, but it is facing the legal difficulties at every step. The distribution of housing sites has been postponing time and time again.
Recently, a petition was filed in the High Court challenging that the government has allotted the land belongs to tribal school in Visakhapatnam district.
The High Court today heard the petition challenging the allotment of land of the Tirumalagiri tribal school in Visakhapatnam district. The HC questioned the government over issuing the land in school premises.
And, the High Court issued interim orders over granting land in public schools, colleges and universities in AP. It adjourned the hearing for 8 weeks, ordering the government to file a counter in the case.
