Anger building against Sajjala's domination?

Discontent and anger is growing against AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy after the new cabinet was constituted. Those who lost their ministries and those who could not make it to the council of ministers are particularly unhappy at the 'unusual' influence that Sajjala had in deciding the contours of the cabinet.

There is a growing feeling that Sajjala has become the only eyes and ears for YS Jagan and that he is filtering the other shades of opinion.  Unlike Vijay Sai Reddy, who was more conciliatory, Sajjala is seen as brusque and interfering. Many party leaders also complain that he is inaccessible to them. In fact, former Home Minister, Mekatoti Sucharita has said that she tried to meet him thrice, but to no avail.

Many YSRCP leaders feel that though there are some 60 advisors to CM YS Jagan, only Sajjala seems to be 'controlling' him. Many are of the opinion that he was chiefly instrumental in sending Mekathoti Sucharita out of the cabinet and in denying ministerial posts to the likes of Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy and Karanam Dharmasri.

Several MLAs and their supporters are demanding that Sajjala be removed from the advisor's post as he is exercising undue influence over the CM. Many feel that he was particularly responsible for denying minister's posts to the likes of Samineni Udayabhanu.
