Another Survey for those 'Left Over'

The much anticipated intensive household survey (IHS) held on Tuesday by the Telangana state government got concluded on high note. Telangana CM KCR termed it as super hit and according to officials, the survey was conducted for 1,05,76,922 houses in the State. KCR told that the collected data will be computerized soon and will be available for all the officials.
 
Some people gave a miss to survey and they started bothering about their citizenship status in telangana. But the Telangana government will give another chance for those people who have not been participated in the Intensive Household Survey (IHS).
 
Government officials conducted a video conference with district collectors on the IHS at Secretariat on Wednesday. Around 1.9 lakh households in GHMC area, 10,655 houses in Ranga Reddy district and around 10,000 houses in Khammam and Warangal districts are yet to be enumerated.The leftover people would be given another chance and the dates for the survey date would be decided by the Chief Minister once he returns from Singapore trip.

Meanwhile, the collected data would be compiled in all the districts from Friday. As many as 381 data entry operators were appointed to finish this enormous task.The survey finding will help the government in designing relevant schemes for the targeted groups. New ration cards, pensions and other welfare measures will be implemented based on the findings of the survey.
