AP Formation day: End of Telugu unity?

Update: 2013-11-01 14:45 GMT
Will this day go down in history as the last one to observe united  Andhra Pradesh formation day? This question is itching many telugus across the globe.

Unlike earlier, this year’s A.P. Formation Day lacked the usual gaiety, charm and entertainment.

For this November 1 could well be the last Andhra Pradesh Formation Day that the state is celebrating in its present form. If the Congress has its way, by December, the state would be cut into two to create a new state of Telangana with ten districts while the remaining 13 districts would continue to call themselves Andhra Pradesh.

In 1956, Andhra Pradesh was the first state to be formed on linguistic basis. In 2013, that will fade into history.Apart from regional sentiments majority people in the state including telangana region had observed this as the end of telugu unity and pride and the telugu people has been separated for the political benefits.
