Amid tense situation at the Telanagana-Andhra border about the people wanted to go to AP from Hyderabad, the AP High Court has intervened in this manner and made some interesting comments.
The High Court said that the NOC issued by the Telangana police should be checked at the entry point only and if everything is ok then only they should be allowed to enter AP.
It also directed the AP Government to send them for quarantine if their health is not stable. High Court went on to say that if quarantine is not necessary they should be self-isolated at their respective homes to see that the virus is not spread further.
This latest developed came after BJP leader Velagapudi Gopalakrishna moved the High Court as people who want to come to AP are facing difficulties at the border with the outbreak of Covid-19.
