The South Central Railway has sent a special train to Andhra Pradesh for testing the positive cases in the state. The special train will have 10 coaches with all the required equipment to provide medical assistance.
All the ten coaches will be made available by tomorrow as per the railway officers. Each coach will have 10 beds which will be 100 beds in total. The coach care depo is taking care of all these additional arrangements.
Out of the 10 coaches, eight coaches will be general coaches while the remaining two coaches will be the sweeper coaches. All these coaches will be equipped with all the medical kits and oxygen so that the patients don't face any problems there.
The South Central Railway said that 50 coaches were sent to Narsapuram, Machilipatnam, Kakinada and Vijayawada stations. The coaches were made in a way that if there were no patients to be cured they can be used normally.
