National Geographic Channel filming AP capital

Opposition parties are always  crying foul on Chandrababu Naidu's publicity stunts . Recently  there was huge uproar about alleged Pushkaram documentary. Now the opposition gets another weapon to cry on Naidu.

Andhra Pradesh government has roped in National Geographic Channel for making a video documentary on capital construction. The NGC team will document the construction of Amaravathi right from the conception stage.

As per the reports this  will be filmed for over three years' time and NGC titled  it as "Amaravati, the future city". The film will be 44 minutes long and as per reports the cost of the film is nearly Rs 48 lakh.

It will showcase construction as well as development of the capital city and AP government will use the documentary to promote the state in international arena. National Geographic Channel claimed that the film will have a viewership of 60 millions per month and covers 50 million homes in india.
