Today is the Raksha Bandhan festival which is celebrated to show the bonding between siblings. Sisters tie Rakhi to their brothers asking them to take care of them for the rest of their life. The tradition of sisters tying Rakhi goes back to a few centuries. Since then we have been celebrating the festival.

From common people to celebrities everyone is celebrating the Rakhi festival. As a Rakhi gift, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy suffered a big shock as her sister knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court in connection with the much-talked-about case.

Going into detail, Dr. Suneetha Narreddy, daughter of YS Vivekananda Reddy moved the Apex Court. Not happy with the slow pace of the investigation in the case, Sunitha is believed to have filed a petition seeking directives from the Court to order an investigation that goes under the direction of the Apex Court.

Not just that, Sunitha Reddy also made the Indian government, the Andhra Pradesh government, and the investigation agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) the respondents in the case. Sunitha wants the Supreme Court to oversee the case investigation so that the investigation would go without any obstacles.

It has to be mentioned here that, it's been more than two years since the Central Bureau of Investigation took over the case investigation. However, there is not much development in the case and no one knows who the real culprits are behind this.

YS Vivekananda Reddy is the brother of former Chief Minister YSR and uncle of serving Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. However, despite this, there is no good pace in the case investigation.

On the flip side, the CBI is also facing issues with the case investigation as a few cases were filed against the officials by local police due to various reasons. Sunitha also stressed the same in her petition.

The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government is facing severe criticism with the delay in the case investigation. Adding fuel to this, Sunitha has been fighting against the state government as far as the case investigation is concerned.
