In a shocking turn of events, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's car driver was infected with the COVID 19 virus who is 59 years old. After testing positive for the virus he was shifted to the hospitals.
As a result, curfew was imposed in the Bajaj area in Jaipur where Gehlot resides. The authorities are tracing the details of people who might have come in contact with the infected person.
The toll of the positive cases in Rajasthan reached 3,158 with the 97 cases reported in the state in the past 24 hours. The fatal virus has claimed 89 lives in the state so far.
