Exit Polls: KA Congress Short On Confidence!

Update: 2018-05-13 09:50 GMT
Exit Polls for Karnataka Assembly Polls 2018 has lowered the confidence of Congress Leaders. While five out of nine Exit Polls favoured BJP to emerge as a single largest party, Four of them predicts Congress will have an upper hand. Most of the survey agencies and media houses feel Hung Assembly is inevitable. Only one agency gave absolute majority for Congress to retain power.

Average of various Exit Poll results: BJP- 97 Seats; Congress - 90 seats, JD (S) - 31 seats.

JD (S) could be playing a king maker role as neither Congress nor BJP may obtain magic figure. This is where Congress might have lost the battle against the Saffron Party. In the past few years, People of the country have witnessed how BJP managed to form government in many states despite obtaining less number of seats than Congress. So, There will be more possibility of JD (S) backing BJP if Congress fails to reach the half way-mark.
